Description & Qualifications


•Work closely with developers to design and deliver the key components of the UKG Workforce application.
•Responsibilities include developing and executing test scenarios/test cases to ensure quality product releases
•Ensuring proper functionality and performance of a wide variety of applications and platforms
•Successful candidates will be experienced in modern test methodologies and processes executed throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as an individual contributor in a small Agile team environment.
•Responsible & Accountable for the quality of the product for the project.
•Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC
•Good knowledge of test design techniques and test case reviews
•Good experience in SQL Server / Any database
•Good experience in Manual and Automation testing
•Automation testing experience preferably in Selenium using Java
•Team reports to the Test Manager


Graduate degree in Computer Sc./Engineering from top colleges of state universities and other good engineering institutes with 60% throughout academics.
•Degrees attained B.Tech /B.E./MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc./M.S. in Computer Science / IT and related field.
•3 – 5 Yrs. IT industry experience working with product companies and top tier service level organization.
•Good experience in test management tools like ALM, JIRA
•Experience with software test automation tool(s) like UFT or Web driver, Selenium using frameworks and descriptive programming will be an added advantage.
•Good at problem solving with excellent documentation and communication skills
•Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through
•Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
•Experience in testing using various Windows environments
