Description

As a Talent and Benefits Solution Consultant you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing functional solutions to meet the needs of our customers. A strong Benefits or Human Resource background is preferred.

Talent and Benefits Solution Consultants coordinate and perform the full lifecycle of a customer’s launch while interacting closely with the customer to meet specific needs throughout the process.

The Solution Consultant position combines advanced skills and levels of experience to deliver quality solutions to both customers and team members.

Job Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed individual and team targets set each year
• Coordinate and perform the full lifecycle of a customer project, ensuring compliance with UKG’s launch methodology
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to customers and to the Global Delivery team
• Work directly with the UKG assigned Project Manager to ensure a uniform presence to customers
• Work directly with the customer’s project team to understand their business needs, provide best practice advise to ensure a successful launch of the Talent and Benefits modules
• Learn the capabilities of all UKG Pro Talent and Benefits software applications to properly and creatively utilize features to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with customer to become a trusted advisor and cultivate successful customer relationships
• Document project work and progress in Salesforce
• Proactively communicate with customers and Project Managers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure customers are on track with assigned responsibilities
• Maintain customer specific project console for all launch engagements
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding project status and project hours into Salesforce/PSA
• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open project issues/items
• Work with less experienced Solution Consultants in a mentoring and knowledge transfer capacity
• Provide process improvements to drive efficiency
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be Bilingual in French and English
• 3+ years of Talent and Benefits implementation experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:
• In depth product knowledge of at Talent and Benefits Solutions preferred (Learning, Talent, Benefits, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, performance, compensation, open enrollment etc)
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusted advisor relationship with customer
• Ability to identify key challenges and make recommendations to provide solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
• Human Resource, Benefits or Consulting background
• Understanding of web-based technology
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong oral and written skills
• Highly motivated and team oriented
• Ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly
• Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently exceed expectations in customer satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered)
