Description & Qualifications


As a Sr. Solution Consultant, you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing functional solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Qualified candidates possess strong analytical and documentation skills and play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results. Solutions Consultants coordinate and perform the full lifecycle of a client’s implementation while interacting closely with the client and internal partners to meet specific needs throughout the process.

*Our team is growing so we are looking for candidates with either Time & Labor Management or Payroll experience*

As a Sr Solution Consultant with our team you will do the following:
• Engage with our clients to understand their business needs regarding the UKG Ready Time & Labor Management (TLM) application or Payroll application
• Facilitate project discovery sessions with all client business representatives and UKG project team members
• Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs
• Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality
• Act as the subject matter expert in the product area
• Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
• Drive consistency into UKG Ready delivery practices by leveraging their implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization
• Provide significant transfer of UKG Ready product knowledge to UKG customers
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed


Individuals looking to be a part of our talented team should possess the following:
• 3 plus years of software implementation experience - ERP, CRM or other mission-critical SaaS software
• Experience implementing Time & Labor Management (TLM) software or Payroll (PR) a plus but not required
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Proven ability to configure software preferred
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
