Description & Qualifications


As an Extended Services Sr Solution Consultant for UKG, you will provide World Class post-live Customer Service. This will include strategic expertise and advice along with advanced level specific product knowledge related to solution optimization. The following is a list of responsibilities that you will have on your various assignments. Some or all may be needed on any customer engagement you are assigned to.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Focus on identifying product and customer knowledge/training gaps and opportunities for optimization by conducting interactive sessions
• Guide Extended Services customers through leveraging their various delivered UKG Pro solutions, features & functionality to gain efficiencies in processes and system configuration.
• Provide customers with in-depth knowledge transfer of the Pro solution(s) end to end
• Document additional opportunities for customers based on knowledge obtained from each assessment
• Considered a regular contributor to team knowledge to peers surrounding our solution(s) and/or industry verticals
• Manage your individual customer book of business and customer expectations
• Analyze, track progress and maintain assigned customers
• Monitor customer health and case trend analysis
• Provide accurate and timely information. Document engagements and progress regarding optimization status and engagement hours into Salesforce/PSA
• Advanced analytics and reporting for internal innovation development opportunities
• May mentor others
• Regular contributor to or may lead team initiatives as designated by leadership
• Regular contributor to documentation and promotes delivery methodology
• General understanding of business operations and team goals
• May participate in customer webcasts or internal trainings with other parts of the organization
• Follows team norms around administrative tasks & procedures about KPI’s, engagement prep, meetings, time entry, out of office practices, team goals (MBO), time management and customer satisfaction and retention
• Follows use of professional brand with documentation (artifacts, communications and deliverables), meeting etiquette, following delivery methodology and business model
• KPIs: CSAT, retention, case studies, references


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• In depth knowledge of the UKG Pro core solution features, functionality and navigation
• General exposure/entry to mid-level expertise on ancillary Pro solutions for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Service Delivery, Time, Reporting
• Proven experience with consulting and delivering recommendations and best practices to a customer with a high level of confidence.
• Corresponding work experience or training to possess subject matter expertise for a particular product, solution or vertical and change management
• Understanding all internal resources supporting our customer’s needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with our Support, Relationship and Sales organizations
• Ability to self-manage workload, track progress and maintain an assigned project through completion.
• Design follow-up written deliverables / documents for each segment of consulting engagement
• High level of organization, verbal, video and written communication skills.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding time entry and status into Salesforce/PSA
• Understanding the financial components of the business
