Description
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:Assist customers and project managers with various Pro and Dimensions integration consulting projects ranging from medium to very high complexity
Manage internal and external customer expectations proactively
Provide product and subject matter expertise to customers and to team members
Serve as subject matter expert in multiple areas, and provide mentoring to team members in those project types
Proactively communicate, in both electronic and spoken forms, with customers regarding the progress and deliverables about the projects you lead
Ability to start, analyze, track progress, and maintain an assigned project through the completion
Focus on identifying product and customer knowledge gaps
Design and deliver written training recommendations or document additional growth opportunities for our customers based on knowledge obtained from the current project
Document project work and progress in Salesforce
Create and maintain a Statement of Work and/or Scope Document and Project Plan for work engagements
Write specifications as required and submit to the technical implementation team in a timely manner
Provide accurate and timely information regarding project status and project hours into Salesforce/PSA
Produce and/or deliver training in needed areas of the UKGPro solution
Assist with data mapping from source system(s) to UKPro for Dimensions Launches
Provide input on methodology and process improvements on team calls
Ability to work flexible hours based on customer preference and demand
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:3-5 years of experience working with UKGPro in the Activation or Post Live phase
Completed multiple and complex activations at all phases
Excellent product knowledge of UKGPro and working knowledge of additional UltiPro systems/modules
Excellent coaching and feedback skills
Experience as a mentor or leader in a specific subject area
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship building skills
Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude
Foresees potential problems and takes corrective action to ensure the achievement of goals
Clear and concise in communicating information
Actively listens to customer requests
Provides clear direction to the customer and determines if change in approach is needed
Results driven orientation
SQL knowledge is preferred
Dimensions Knowledge is a plus
