The Global Talent Acquisition Operations Programs Manager is a strategic thought partner to the Global Talent Acquisition team and broader HR team. This role will focus on global operational excellence as well as leading the charge in the elevation of existing programs and launch of new programs that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experiences. The ideal candidate will be equal parts Business Consultant, Program Leader and Candidate Experience Expert. Deep experience and resourcefulness to elevate the Talent Acquisition function, enjoy work in a high velocity environment and the ability to analyze and translate data into metrics and data-driven “calls to action” are required for success in the position.


•Recruiting Operations or other Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a high growth global organization, with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and coach a growing team
• Strong relationship skills with the ability to establish and build healthy partnerships to influence important outcomes
• Solutions-oriented, with demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to look around corners on potential problems and alternative solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sense of humor
