As a Senior Technical Consultant for UKG, you will be an integral member of a dynamic team responsible for the high-quality launch of our Human Capital Management products. In this role; you will be responsible for delivering high quality Development and Consulting Services to our customers. Projects require you to deploy custom data integration solutions in concurrence with testing, analysis, and project management. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and needs, addressing potential roadblocks, and enriching the overall service experience for all customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop custom Integrations to meet the internal and external requirements of customers along with their third-party carriers
• Utilize internal tools and documentation to promote efficiency and standardization
• Develop new methodologies, standards and process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactively communicate with internal and external customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities and project timelines
• Maintain established level of productivity and meet assigned productivity requirements including post launch projects
• Maintain flexibility in work schedule
• Setting and managing proper expectations throughout projects
• Utilize consulting experience and skills to guide internal and external customers to the best possible end solution
• Mentor Consulting Specialists, Associate TCs, and other tenured TCs
• Serves as a Back-Up to TCs while they are out of the office
• Advises Business Analysts on potential enhancements to client specification documents based on development of past solutions
• Champion for new solutions that drive the growth and efficiency of the integration team
• Take-on and/or support highly visible and complex projects


• Strategic thinking: Ability to find ways to impact all or groups of clients with technical solutions and process improvements
• 5+ years prior experience in SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases)
• Working knowledge of Integration process for all customer market segments
• Established as a subject matter expert in two or more integration tools, solutions or development standards
• Escalation management: Must have the ability to diffuse tough client situations
• Understanding of FTP and file transfer technologies including encryption
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• A self-directed team player: collaborative, seeks input, accepts and incorporates feedback from others, freely offers assistance

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Web Services and web API development
• Expansive HCM consulting experience
• Experience with GlobalScape
• Experience with Informatica B2B Data exchange
• Prior experience managing technical resources
• Prior experience managing key technology initiatives
