UKG is looking for a dedicated and driven Sr. Technical Delivery Assurance Manager who will be accountable for ensuring the successful planning, execution and reporting of product development and product launch. This will include managing dependencies within and across UKG teams, as well as managing risks associated with feature delivery.
The role requires a person who can build strong relationships, foster collaboration between Product and Engineering teams and is highly functional in a dynamic, challenging, and technical environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all programs successfully navigate from ideation through product launch, including organizational readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Group leaders to ensure strategic goals and KPI’s are met
• Drive the planning and execution of initiatives from ideation to release, including organizational readiness
• Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes
• Act as a cross-functional liaison to ensure relevant areas of the organization are engaged
• Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional and remote stakeholders
• Track timely delivery against product objectives
• Drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate discussions and lead effective meetings
• Lead without authority by building relationships
• Monitor and report on initiative progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies
• Coach peers and other team members as needed to improve individual and or team performance

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong detail orientation and ability to organize, both self and others
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, drive results and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented
environment
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development life cycle model
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across
multiple business units
• Experience leading new products, services or start-up related projects where
processes need to be defined, implemented and iterated
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in program or project management


Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Familiarity or experience with Release Train Engineer role, Scaled Agile Framework and/or SAFe certification
• Creative and ideas-driven in finding new solutions/designing innovative
solutions to solve problems under tight deadlines
• Ability to interpret data to track program success
