We are seeking an innovative Technical Program Manager to contribute to the enhancement and development of technology programs for UKG. In this role, your duties will include overseeing the various stages of technology programs, proactively mitigating risk and collaborating with many teams including the development, engineering and business teams. You will also be responsible for the holistic transformation; people, process, policy and technology of each program, leading cross-functional activities to ensure that decisions are made that reflect the most impactful and important work that are in alignment with our corporate and divisional goals.

To ensure success as a technical program manager, you should exhibit strong leadership skills and extensive experience in technical program management in a related industry.

Senior Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

Drive programs toward the achievement of overarching and ongoing strategic objectives

Define and oversee governance

Work with stakeholders to define objectives and requirements

Define scope, expected outcomes and success criteria with stakeholders

Contributing ideas to product development initiatives

Planning and managing all program stages

Collaborating with internal teams, including development, engineering and business stakeholders

Reporting progress to senior leadership

Anticipate problems; formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the program

Ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget and with quality

Overseeing deployment and integration

Diagnosing and resolving issues

Keeping up with advancements in technologies


Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar

3-5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry

Established record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards

Experience applying continuous process improvement concepts, theory, and tools, preferred

Project Management and/or Program Management certification preferred

Human Capital Management (HCM) experience preferred
