Description & Qualifications


As a Sr. Technical Training Specialist on the Learning and Community team, you are part of a team that delivers UKG Product training to our partners, internals, and customers. You will deliver best in class Instructor-Led Learning on various UKG Dimensions products to a wide variety of audiences.


• Provide core UKG product training in onsite and remote learning settings to UKG customers, internals, and partners.
• Deliver instructor-led User Adoption delivery including Train the Trainer and custom end user training.
• Tailor courseware as required to meet customer specifications as approved by management.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction results in line with company goals and metrics.
• Be self-motivated and responsible for:
o Achieving and maintaining certification in specific courses as directed by management
o Staying current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs
o Performing administrative tasks in a timely manner, to support training activities, business operations
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Scheduling and/or Forecasting and collaborate cross functionally to ensure our customer, internal, and partner needs are being met.
• Innovate to evolve our team, our processes, and our organization.
• Seek and deliver ongoing feedback to peers and leadership to grow and develop the organization, yourself, and each other.
• Participate in customer calls, pre-sales education-related activities as requested.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned by your manager


• 3-5 years of experience using UKG Time & Scheduling Products at an administrative level
• Healthcare and/or Retail Scheduling and Labor Forecasting experience.
• Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, Scheduling or similar domain product/systems preferred
• 3-5 years of experience Delivering Instructor Led Training preferred, including the following:
o Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
o Strong Presentation and Classroom Management Skills
o Ability to engage both an onsite and virtual audience
o Advanced knowledge of virtual delivery platforms and tools
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions, and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care.
• Must be highly adaptable to change, and agile enough to pivot quickly when priorities change
• Must be flexible and be able to work in both teams and individually, influence changes, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
• Must be comfortable working as a remote employee and have the discipline to stay both motivated and engaged remotely
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, that is outside of the typical standard scheduled hours as needed, including early mornings and late evenings when needed to accommodate our Global Delivery needs
• Must be able to travel approximately 25-50%. Flexibility for significant travel for periods of time as needed for customer work
