Focused on communicating the value of UKG’s solutions and delivering to our customers’ business outcomes, the Global Delivery Services Learning team is committed to innovation, readiness, and learning for our Professional Services team members across the globe.

• Instructing, facilitating, and delivering effective training and learning experiences, integrating best practices and consulting skills with changes in and improvements to software solutions, technology, methodology, processes, and tools.
• Utilize broad and deep knowledge of HCM and Workforce Management solutions, to share recommended practices and approaches.
• In partnership with Services Enablement team members and stakeholders as identified, gather/clarify requirements to develop and present learning solutions that convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer service and support.
• Deliver interactive and engaging training in both in-person and virtual classroom training environments, using stories, context, and coaching techniques.
• Use social platforms to drive collaboration, networking, and learning opportunities.
• Participate in cross-functional readiness and enablement initiatives, developing and maintaining effective relationships that contribute to learning opportunities and development of effective training and learning deliverables.
• Work with Learning Experience Designers and cross-functional subject-matter experts to create, update, and maintain learning content; develop computer-based and instructor-led courses with a focus on experiential learning.
• Work with Services Enablement Learning and Onboarding Program Managers to develop, manage, and execute curriculum plans and learning project plans.
• Create, support, and validate standards for learning and development around consultative solution approaches, resulting in delivery of successful customer outcomes.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Learning, or related field.
• UKG Pro and/or Dimensions product/methodology/process/tools knowledge desired
• 2-3 years’ experience in the software implementation space.
• Experience delivering organizational training; technical/software training delivery preferred.
• Experience in course design/development using Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe, or other content development tools; proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience in designing training for, and delivering training in, live in-person and virtual classroom environments.
• Multiple years’ experience consulting to business; strong business acumen across multiple industries.
• Able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a network of subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Dynamic, professional written and oral communication and presentation capabilities, in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Innovative, creative, flexible, agile, and a quick learner.
• Experience working in virtual teams.
• Position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana; must be able to travel up to 50%. Candidate must be willing to accommodate a global virtual and in-person delivery schedule, outside of regular North America business hours.
