Job Summary:

The Senior Workplace Services Coordinator will provide operational and project support for the Workplace Services organization across North America.  We are looking for an energetic professional who thrives wearing multiple hats, is well organized, flexible and enjoys the operational challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. This Sr. Workplace Services Coordinator role is based full-time in our Lowell, MA office.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Own space planning tasks for Lowell HQ such as: New Hire desk set up, large and small scale move request coordination and space audits.

Support with regional office space planning as needed

Monitor employee request ticket queue and complete requests within assigned scope

Manage emergency response and office safety program for the region

Manage and update the Workplace Services team SharePoint sites 

Create team bi-monthly newsletter

Support onsite meeting and event requests, room set ups, catering needs, and event supplies

Collaborate with other providers, acting as a single team with peripheral services to include production, catering, security, facilities, janitorial, movers and equipment providers as needed.

Maintain Team Playbooks - innovate and update regularly

Provide general support and backup reception services as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:   

At least two years of related experience, preferably in a facilities/office related role 

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint) is required, candidates with experience in CMMS operations are preferred but not required. 

Demonstrated customer service orientation and interpersonal and communication skills 

Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  

Highly organized with superior attention to detail 

Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills 

Be able to lift 20-30 lb
