Description
As a Strategic Executive Relationship Manager (ERM), you are the ambassador to UKG’s Partner for Life commitment and primary owner for a portfolio of customer accounts. You are responsible for developing relationships with key customer stakeholders, both decision makers and day-to-day power users.Success in this role is defined by solidifying valued relationships with your customers, understanding your customer’s intent to renew their UKG solution, maintaining clear visibility into their long-term business goals and developing a plan for your accounts to drive further adoption and value attainment throughout their partnership with UKG.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Relationship Management
- Overall management and accountability for the success of a portfolio of UKG customer accounts with a large focus on driving adoption and maintaining high retention
-Formally building and maintaining effective relationships across the customer’s key contacts, including decision makers and day-to-day power users
-Proactively engaging with assigned customers, including executing periodic business reviews
-Understanding your customer’s business objectives and serving as an advocate to advance those goals by providing valuable insights into their usage of the UKG product suite and through interaction with the appropriate UKG teams
-Encouraging customers to get the most out of their investment with UKG by participating in UKG programs, such as UKG Aspire, Huddles and thought leadership events
Customer Sentiment
-Monitoring appropriate customer metrics and advocating with key UKG stakeholders to address customer needs
-Collaborating closely across UKG teams to resolve identified customer risks and escalated issues in a timely manner, ensuring the appropriate UKG team works closely with the customer to bring the issue to successful resolution
-Maintaining current information related to customer sentiment, success plans and any relevant details in the appropriate UKG systems for transparency to various UKG teams
Value Attainment
-Educating customers on all the UKG resources available to them to maximize their return on investment
-Informing customers on how best to maximize their utilization of their UKG product suite
-Identifying trends related to customer usage of the UKG product suite and their expectations, advocating for customers by communicating with appropriate UKG teams based on those identified trends
-Identifying customer expansion and optimization opportunities while working with UKG’s sales organization to develop appropriate sales leads
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years related industry experience-Excellent communication skills (English - both written and verbal) and strong business acumen are required to deliver customer account reviews
-Strong Relationship Building Skills; Ability to build trusted relationships across UKG internal teams and multiple customer contacts
-Strong attention to detail; Manage and facilitate conference calls, capture and follow up on action items, and set appropriate expectations in escalated situations
-Strong decision-making skills; Ability to coordinate efforts across various functional teams and engage the appropriate resources to address escalated issues
-Strong discovery and listening skills; Demonstrated ability to ask effective discovery questions, understand the customer’s business goals/priorities and anticipate the customer’s needs
-Experience working with customer relationship management tools and case management solutions (Gainsight/Salesforce)
-HCM Industry Experience strongly preferred
-Proficiency with French language preferred (oral/written)
