The Supply Chain Analyst will report directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations, with primary responsibilities involving activities and support in the areas of supplier management, supplier & part risk management, supplier & part sourcing, and supply & demand planning. UKG’s supply chain strategy is to leverage contract manufacturing for a full range of services, while directly influencing and managing strategic suppliers. The Supply Chain Analyst will be expected to support the advancement of the overall supply chain operating model, interacting daily with UKG stakeholders and suppliers. Additional responsibilities will involve activities and support in the areas of forecasts, build plans, order management, cost management, purchasing, and product data management. This position has no direct reports, however the scope covers a broad range of supply chain areas.



• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a major / minor in supply chain
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience, preferably with a global / international hardware company, and in areas related to supplier management, risk management, sourcing, and planning
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in Oracle, Agile PLM, MS D365
• Experience in database management and analytics
• Experience in program or project management
• Able to travel to domestic and international locations
• Demonstrates initiative, exercises good judgment, and achieves results through others
• Communicates professionally and effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Values a broad-based role(s) and responsibilities across supply chain operations
