Description

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator works closely with UKG HR team in our fast-paced environment. They are an important partner in managing onboarding activities and building new hire relationships; often providing new hires with their first impression of UKG. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, works effectively with hiring managers and HR Partners, possesses great communication & public speaking skills, can shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoys engaging with new hires through their onboarding journey.

• Support and assist in process improvements and project/program management efforts, such as but not limited to creating and updating project documentation, company and department presentations, reports, meeting preparation, etc.
• Support planning and coordination of a new hire programs and its activities.
• Schedule and organize team and project meetings and maintain agenda.
• Manage project/program-related paperwork & reporting to ensure all materials are accurate & current.
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
• Maintain an understanding of UKG Inc. products and offerings.
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Conduct day 1 welcome orientation for new hires across Europe

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
• Previous experience in HR or Talent Acquisition Support experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills required, with ability to communicate across all levels of employees
• Proven ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
• Strong organizational and effective time management skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrates sense of urgency and high level of self-initiative with an emphasis on delivering results
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience with public speaking
• Bi-lingual French and English
