We’re now adding to our team an Talent Acquisition Brand Manager, with that same level of passion, dynamism, industry knowledge and ‘get things done’ attitude! Your role will be to partner with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and the broader TA team to help position UKG as a top tech employer, with the aim of attracting & engaging the best talent. You’ll also need to have an exceptional understanding of our competitive landscape, our customers, and how to market our roles and our brand in away that excites and attracts our target candidate pool. You’ll need to be strategic, thoughtful, but equally hands-on and agile in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal and external branding related to Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition leaders to leverage our UKG employee value proposition and ensure it is fully and clearly communicated to the talent marketplace
• Understand the UKG Brand and what makes it special and identify ways to amplify those attributes. Equally, understand the challenges with our brand and work to propose solutions.
• Identify partners and platforms to help amplify and position our brand among key talent.
Know the tech landscape and relevant industry events and ensure UKG has a presence where beneficial.
• Oversee the internal and external careers site, referral program and related TA programs.
• Plan and execute branding and recruiting events on and offsite.
• Drive social ambassador network internally. Create ongoing and innovative engagement programs to continuously evolve our employer brand.
• Collaborate with the UKG social media team to externally promote the brand.
• Collaborate with the social team on LinkedIn content presence (pages, messaging and recruitment ads) and campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor Glassdoor channel and provide feedback to leadership on content and themes. Responsible for analyzing data and devising solutions/creative ways to address.
• Work closely with the Strategic Talent Programs team and Diversity Program Manager on diversity initiatives and unique ways to reach specific audiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ in a variety of recruiting and Employer Brand/recruitment marketing roles.
• Strong interest and understanding of the digital and social media landscape – and how it impacts the job seeker’s recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in executing successful employer branding/marketing initiatives.
• Ability to utilize metrics to demonstrate success in building /strengthening a company’s employer branding proposition.
• Strong interpersonal skills, the gravitas to work effectively with a wide range of internal clients and partners of varying levels of seniority.
• Proactive - always on top of industry changes and trends and help UKG capitalize on these.
• The ability to be agile, juggle multiple priorities, and pivot at short notice.
• Passionate, resourceful, solution orientated, creative and able to think and learn quickly.
