The Talent Development Specialist, EMEA will serve as the regional SME and own all things learning and leadership development within EMEA (with the first priority in France) to capture needs, leverage and/or build tailored learning solutions, deploy and measure effectiveness in partnership with the Talent Management Center of Expertise.

In this role you will :

• Take lead in identifying region/country specific learning needs and priority map in 3-6-month intervals, in partnership with business leaders and EMEA HRBPs.
• Drive learning to ensure compliance with local legal requirements in France and other EMEA countries
• Actively participate with Talent Management program owners to better understand and define localized learning plans and, where gaps exist, drive curricula in partnership with the learning design team and CoE leaders.
• Translate Enterprise learning strategy and programs into local deployment plans and “experience”, considering communications, process, change management and execution
• Own master learning calendar for EMEA, when appropriate facilitate programs localized to the region
• Build blended learning solutions using LinkedIn Learning platform and curate across global offerings. Tailor accordingly for EMEA market
• Define success criteria for all components of learning and calendar, to ensure return on investment and connection to business strategy.
• Own and drive metrics and data to measure effectiveness of all learning in the EMEA region
• When applicable, support launch of priority global programs (for ex. UKG Core values and behaviors) within region
• Ensure that training/learning activities are integrated into other people processes and build the climate and culture of “Our Purpose is people”
• Partner with the Regional HRBPs and Business Leaders to understand their business strategies, priorities, business models and organization to be able to recommend solutions to support business growth and/or efficiency.
• Be the voice of Learning with EMEA Stakeholders, regularly sitting at the table with them with advocacy and “how might we” mentality


• Knowledge and Understanding of European and French legal obligations regarding Training
• 5 -7 years Talent Development Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD or Business field. Master’s degree a plus
• Ability to collaborate across multiple levels and with executive level leaders
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
