The Tax Analyst position is a diverse multitask position. Individual must be able to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment. Some responsibilities are recurring such as various compliance type items, monthly routine calculations and reconciliations. Responsibilities include collection of tax-related information; reporting to taxation authorities at the Federal, State, County, and local levels in a timely manner. The Tax Analyst will also research projects as requested by the tax team.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual Federal and State Income tax filing obligations, including calculations related to both the domestic and international tax aspects of the US tax return, quarterly estimates, and extensions
• Assist with the preparation of the interim and annual US GAAP tax provision for UKG group
• Assist with researching and analyzing income tax, US federal and state sales tax, and non-US indirect tax matters such as VAT and GST to determine and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with responding to tax authority notices, audit related information requests and other similar inquiries.
• Preparation and filing of Business Surveys
• Maintain Fixed Asset Software System
• Maintenance of Corporate Tax Email Inbox
• Assist with preparation of State apportionment for filing of State Income Tax Returns
• Collect tax department correspondence and distribute accordingly
• Provide support on an as-need basis to Tax Department and Finance wide initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and integration of acquired companies


• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or a Tax concentration within an accounting program
•2+ years of tax accounting experience
• Proficient in Word and Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using Thomson Reuters suite of products such as Onesource Income Tax and Onesource Tax Provision a plus.
