Description

A Customer Solution Analyst provides world-class expertise to our customers in providing functional support to the Customer Solution Analysts handling special projects as related to payroll tax changes at an employer level.

Responsible for overseeing and providing timely and high-level customer and administration end–to–end support through managing the incoming project requests, supporting limited aspects of projects, completing critical online and manual agency-ready documentation, placing agency and client calls, to completing the back-end processes for project closure.

The qualified candidate is a self-starter and critical thinker, that is highly organized, and possesses strong customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with exceptional follow-up skills
• Excel – advanced skills in data reconciliation (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Experience in Payroll and Payroll Tax
• Ability to multitask, including multiple high priority issues, and able to set and manage expectations
• Strong analysis, problem determination, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate to Customer Solutions Analyst
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; being able to communicate effectively via printed material, on the telephone, and over electronic services
