UKG is seeking a talented Customer Solutions Support Specialist to provide world-class expertise to our customers, both internal and external. You will be providing functional support to the Customer Solution Analysts and Consultants handling special projects as well as being exposed to a variety of project-related work. This is an excellent entry-level position into the Tax Filing Customer Solutions team.

• Provide front line support to internal team members
• Outstanding quality support to internal and external customers with a high degree of satisfaction and timely responses.
• Willingness to work with all team members
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with exceptional follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask, including multiple high priority issues, and able to set and manage expectations
• Strong analysis, problem determination, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; being able to communicate effectively via printed material, on the telephone, and over electronic services
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
• Strong relationship building skills; ability to build trusted relationships across UKG internal teams
