This Team Lead is a member of the Payment Services Launch department leadership team and is always expected to support company and department initiatives in a positive manner and to lead by example. The Team Lead supports all activities associated with implementing Payment Services tax, wage attachment and employee pay for net new customers and setting up additional component companies for existing customers.

Essential Job Duties
• Monitors project/tasks and coaches UKrewers when appropriate to meet due dates
• Handles customer escalations and complex implementation issues
• Establishes new processes, rolls out to the team and confirms team adoption
• Represents PS Launch on cross functional initiatives
• Operates as technology and process SME in PS Launch
• Assigns resources and assists with the workload management across the team.
• Creates and delivers training
• Generates and maintains Excel spreadsheets and other reporting
• Creates and delivers presentations internally and externally


• Ability to lead and influence team members, customers and partners without direct reporting authority
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and discernment skills
• Able to remain positive and focused in a constantly changing environment
• Has strong organization skills and effectively manages multiple competing priorities to a successful conclusion
• Prior experience within PS Launch or Payment Services preferred
• Good collaboration and negotiation skills
• Able to resolve conflict with customers, business partners and within the team
• BA/BS degree or comparable education and experience preferred
