The Team Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities.
• Some of the primary responsibilities include mentoring team members, monitoring processes, delegating task assignments, conducting quality audits, and other duties assigned by the Manager
• This role is critical for the ongoing support of team goals and improving performance efficiencies
• The ideal candidate must possess the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships cross functionally
• At times, the Team Lead might be asked to work on a variety of complicated initiatives requiring considerable judgement
• As an individual contributor and senior member, the Team Lead is considered part of leadership and will often provide guidance in the absence of their Manager


• Possesses knowledge of application, technology, networking, and SaaS infrastructure operations
• Prior experience working within Cloud Delivery and Operation Management frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with transforming data into insightful and actionable requests
• Good working knowledge of Cloud Technologies and technologies supported by Cloud within UKG
• High sense of urgency with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to clearly articulate technical and functional information to various audiences, both verbally and written
• Proven ability to present and conduct big picture reviews to senior leadership without management involvement
• Team player that proactively takes the lead on objectives while helping others with common goals
• High degree of organizational skills and ability to reprioritize based on business needs
