We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Business Analyst to create and maintain the processes utilized to maintain and monitor our Cloud ecosystems.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will create processes and programs, develop reporting, and present the status of multiple focus areas within the existing ecosystems. You will work alongside the technical, business and leadership teams to piece together multiple data sets and sources to create a digestible view of the complex platforms in use.

• Design, build and execute on the development of new processes for capturing operational and utilization data to help drive efficiencies and provide incremental business value added insight to the cloud organization.
• Build and present standardized capacity reports from multiple Cloud environments and platforms.
• Develop heat maps and data sets that track hardware and software versions in use.
• Partner with Cloud and Engineering teams to develop a license tracking platform and operational processes to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze and present areas of improvement for existing Cloud processes and systems.


Required qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands on experience with public cloud technologies, Google Cloud preferred.
• Experience in developing technical reports and presentations.
• Experience performing Business Analysis and developing new processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive individual with ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Power BI reporting expertise a plus.
