Description & Requirements


Manages strategic and technical projects for the development, implementation or integration of security systems, solutions and services. Coordinates departmental, cross-functional teams, and cross-divisional projects of low to moderate complexity and impact. Manages security activities for complex security reviews. Must maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information. Monitors projects from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional/cross divisional activities, ensuring completion of the project. Ensures organizational readiness is performed to address business awareness, impact and adoption. Reports project progress as needed to the appropriate Program Manager and/or stakeholders.


- 1+ years of low to moderate complexity technical project management (security or compliance related projects is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator/expeditor.
- A certification in project management (PMP or CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience managing projects in Agile (Kanban and Scrum) and/or Waterfall frameworks
- Working knowledge of JIRA and collaborative project management tools (e.g. Clarizen)
- Business analysis methodologies and experience
- Software development lifecycle and/or technical/infrastructure planning, monitoring and controlling
