Description & Qualifications


Technical Support Technician will support all of EverythignBenefits solutions with Tier 1 troubleshooting and act as a liaison to Product and Development when issues arise. The Technical Support Engineer will ensure business systems are functioning, provide advanced configuration, and technical support as well as consult on and build EDI's where necessary.


● Exceptional communication and follow up skills -both oral and written -with a strong attention to detail
● Must be proficient with, and an adopter of new technologies
● Takes ownership and proactively addresses new challenges and opportunities
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
● 3+ years of experience in the HCM field or using a SaaS web-based application
● 3+ years in a Tech Support-type role preferred
● Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize, multi-task
● Benefits experience

Experience with EDI/843's, API's and integrations preferred.
