Description

The Time & Attendance Analyst - Managed Services COE (Center of Excellence) will provide outstanding quality support to internal HRIS Analysts for UltiPro Time Products. As a COE for Managed Services, you will be called on to perform various projects utilizing the UltiPro Time Products. Projects will require specific product knowledge as well as advanced analytical, design, development and testing skills.

Responsibilities:
• Compose specifications and secure customer approvals for all custom objects required
• Design, develop, test and deliver UTA/UTM projects according to specifications, within approved hours and within project delivery dates
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to clients and other team members
• Estimate project hours for client deliverables
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding project status and project hours
• Renegotiate commitments as needed with internal and external customers
• Provide input on methodology and process
• Develop high level documentation and training materials as needed
• Partner with HRIS Analysts and HRIS COE to resolve escalations reported by our clients
• Assist in developing UltiPro Time Products best practices for our customers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Time products
• HR/Payroll system experience
• Good working knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and team-oriented player
• Comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, strong decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prefer 5 years of UTA/UTM or Workbrain
• Experience with Kronos Time Products a plus
• SQL and BI experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
