Description & Requirements


The Trust & Funding Ops Associate is responsible for processing accurately and timely payments for US Tax Jurisdictions within our Accounts Payable team. The Trust & Funding Ops Associate II will also be responsible for payment and banking related support functions including fallouts, bank exceptions, control reports and error handling. Duties may include documenting processes and special projects. This position requires communication, attention to detail and professionalism at all times.

• Generate payroll related payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform end of day reconciliation and controls validating all payments are processed and released
• Generate and analyze payment control reports
• Adhere to audit controls as related to payments
• Build a strong partnership with internal clients by providing superior service
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by manager or team lead


• B.A / B.S Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of Tax / Payroll / Banking experience
• Experience working with payroll tax filing systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
