The role:
As part of the Global Education team, the User Adoption Consultant will provide Change Management consulting services to our customers in the ANZ region. You’ll apply previous change management experience to lead User Adoption projects, including organisational change management and some content customisation services. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues around the globe, to consult, develop and enhance best practices for assisting our customers with implementing Change Management solutions.

This is a remote position.


User Adoption Consultant will:

• Facilitate online hosted workshops and webinars to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Partner with business SMEs to create change plans including comms and learning content that is engaging and relevant.
• Stimulate problem-solving and critical thinking within the change management context, technology and end-user lens
• Inspire and negotiate outcomes that achieve successful, positive uptake of our technology and tools
• Drive customer satisfaction in your consultancy services and continually develop skills to improve user adoption methods
• Be a key member of the Global Learning team, improving business practices and innovating to meet the changing needs of a SaaS environment.


To be successful in the role you will bring:

• Written and verbal communication skills that are highly developed and you are self-motivated with the capability to meet strict timelines/deadlines.
• You will have well-practised interpersonal skills and an ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders confidently, being fluid and adaptable while keeping a keen eye on deliverable outcomes.
• Experience utilising rapid eLearning / authoring tools including (but not limited to) Articulate or Captivate to develop engaging, creative and fully customisable eLearning assets.
• Excellent project management skills covering the development, planning, managing implementation and evaluation stages of own and team projects.
• Preferably a Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), but not essential
• Be able to travel, both within and outside of Australia as required.
