Description

As a User Experience Designer at UKG, you advocate for User Centered Design as a member of a Product team, connecting our users with the value they seek. You collaborate with Product Development partners to deliver experiences that are high-value, buildable and scalable. You uphold our Brand and Usability standards, and ensure our products remain compelling in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry. You bring research rigor to the understanding of our users’ needs and contexts. You facilitate the discovery, documentation, and clear communication of complex processes, and you enrich your team with your perspective, your creativity, and your practical experience.

This role's primary focus will be on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance and experience in the Benefits domain.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
● Solid understanding of how the user-centered design process drives design thinking and implementation
● 2+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Product Designer or similar role
● Adept in using design and prototyping applications such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, etc. and eager to learning new tools and techniques
● Communicating clearly, verbally and in writing, in person and virtually
● A design Portfolio clearly demonstrating your practice and process

Preferred Qualifications:
● Facility with multiple delivery platforms (browser, mobile, etc.)
● Direct experience with product Localization and Accessibility
● Familiarity with one or more front-end UI frameworks
● Bachelor’s degree in a field related to User Experience Design
● Experience contributing to the design of Enterprise applications (not just websites or mobile apps)
