Description & Qualifications


This is a newly created role that will be the Finance strategic business partner to the EVP, Chief Product Technology Officer and the Group Vice President of Relationship Management. This leader will play a critical role supporting the organization meeting our long-term revenue, gross margin and profitability maximization objectives.
• Partner with Executives to develop, implement and measure financial progress on strategic business plans and operating initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals who are responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis for Recurring Revenue, Cloud Cost of Sales and Engineering.
• Continuously evolve financial and operational metrics, analysis, and support tools to deliver actionable value-added insights to the functions supported and the Executive team.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team of supported functions providing insightful and trusted counsel and advice while also challenging to help drive towards meeting Company financial objectives.
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve financial performance, particularly in the area of gross margin maximization.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of sophisticated short and long-range financial models that incorporate key business drivers and serve as decision support tools for improving gross margin.
• Drive improved business intelligence for subscription revenue and contractual ARR as we implement new quote-to-cash, revenue recognition and business intelligence systems.


• 20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience as a Finance Strategic Business partner to a C-Suite Executive who has revenue and expense responsibility
• FP&A experience at a SaaS Company strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading, influencing and driving priorities at the business executive level
• Superb analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills
• Very business and operationally oriented
• Ability to be both a leader and a hands-on “doer”
• Strong mastery of revenue recognition and variable costing financial concepts
• Demonstrated executive-level communication and presentation skills
