As Vice President for EMEA, you will lead the Sales organization and be an integral member of the broader EMEA leadership team. You will report into the SVP, Global Sales and play a key role in facilitating cross functional planning and collaboration.

Your progressive business to business sales experience acquired within large, complex software organizations will enable your success in this role. You are a highly collaborative leader who is comfortable working in a matrixed environment and can drive alignment with the EMEA region.

Your leadership drivers are developing high performance sales teams, forming Global System Integrator Alliances, listening to our customers and building strategic growth plans based on market insights and competitive intelligence.

This position is open to an individual based in the UK and Ireland and will require travel both domestically and internationally.

In this role you will:
• Deliver UKG EMEA Revenue goals
• Provide accurate forecasts across all segments on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual basis
• Develop, coach, and retain a highly effective team
• Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to a group of senior leaders that allows for delegation and empowerment
• Continue to evolve a Great Place to Work For All Culture
• Lead the collaboration on Go to Market strategies to achieve sustained growth, whilst developing aggressive new growth and high account retention related to expansion of market share across all segments.
• Broaden market penetration, with an emphasis on raising the UKG Brand with key C-level senior decision-makers by demonstrating thought leadership
• Be the lead spokesperson for UKG with local media and political interactions
• Promote a culture where UKG will be both a supplier and employer of choice

• Succeed in a global and highly matrix organisation. You will need to demonstrate exceptional collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with local and international stakeholders

• A track record of success in identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals with C-level decision-makers
• An innate ability to inspire customers, peers, partners and extended cross functional teams with a high service orientation that allows others to achieve their goals and objectives
• A bachelor’s degree, and an MBA in business, or related field or equivalent experience advantageous
