• Establish and implement formalized, scalable processes and systems for managing and monitoring Field Support requests and incidents
• Implement a formal Knowledge Management strategy for Global Delivery Services with a focus on consolidating systems and knowledge to streamline and simplify access and dramatically increase consumption
• Revolutionize our Field Readiness programs to ensure Field Resources have the “need to know” knowledge, assets and information related to product releases, platform features and changes
• In conjunction with GDS Communications Teams, execute strategies to dramatically increase consumption of content and communications

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience leading teams in an education/enablement, internal support, or advisory setting
• Experience successfully implementing knowledge strategies in large organizations is desired

• Strategic problem solver with the ability to think big picture, dive into the details and deliver on objectives and KPI’s
• Data Driven. Interested and passionate about “connecting the dots” to monitor and measure the impact of education, enablement, and knowledge on overall team effectiveness
• Self-directing and comfortable taking the initiative to address challenges and opportunities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and formal presentations
• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on collaboration, proactivity, and flexibility. Able to influence, gain consensus and rally people to get things done
