As a VP, Talent Management at UKG, you will have the unique opportunity to lead our combined global talent management team. This role will be pivotal to the success and evolution of our organization as it scales to its next level while maintaining our position as an industry leader in its space. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has a proven track record in identifying and driving global programs. The VP, Talent Management will oversee the following programs: leadership development, learning & development, performance enablement, talent planning & succession. This position is also the driver and advocate for our culture and values – within our HR programs and practices as well as throughout our organization. The VP, Talent Management will leverage and support a strong partnership with all Human Resources Centers of Excellence and business partners while leading a team of approximately 20.

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive set of integrated organizational HR processes designed to attract, develop, motivate, and retain productive, engaged employees
• Implement strategies to ensure the UKG culture and values is integrated into our core HR processes and that our employees understand and feel the culture throughout their experience
• Bring innovative, evidence-based approaches to the implementation of our talent processes to drive awareness, excitement and action across all functions, levels and geographies
• Identify opportunities to fulfill on UKG commitment that every employee has a great manager through training, coaching and programmatic efforts.
• Lead and inspire a talent team responsible for a wide range of talent priorities
• Global talent processes such as onboarding, performance, and recognition
• Learning and development to support internal mobility and skill development
• Leadership programs ranging from aspiring leaders to new to role and to senior leaders
• Coaching and Org Development engagements at leadership and executive levels


• 15+ years HR experience in progressively more challenging roles
• Experience designing and implementing innovative talent programs
• Track record of closely aligning talent initiatives to practical business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Articulate talent initiatives and link to business values and goals
• Ability to connect domain knowledge to business strategy to practical program design
• Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
• Advanced degree in business or related field preferred
