Are you ready to bring a holistic and strategic lens to learning and development, help us scale for growth and work alongside an amazing team to provide extraordinary experiences for our people? This role is responsible for the development and execution of an enterprise Learning & OD strategy and directs the development of associated learning experiences policies and processes to build and sustain required organizational, professional, and leadership capability. This position partners with operational executives, as well as HR COE leaders while serving as a trusted advisor for all talent-related matters and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:
Drive a common discovery process to proactively seek out needs, challenges and opportunities with stakeholders to ensure focus and alignment to business outcomes
Design, implement and drive globally fit and scalable people strategies aligned with these desired key business outcomes, and support organizational success and culture.
Design and implement the holistic learning and development architecture of offerings across Talent and align to enterprise frameworks to ensure consistent deployment of development of leader/manager development programs.
Define consistent and relevant talent management, organization development, learning success criteria, and performance metrics to ensure program efficiency, effectiveness, and return-on-investment value and identify enterprise gaps.
Influence and present data-driven effectiveness to senior leadership regarding the adoption and performance of talent management, organization capability, and learning programs to promote the achievement of business strategy and accelerate change.
Collaborate closely with internal partners and stakeholders to align the talent and learning function to ensure a seamless, effective service experience for employees and managers.
Establish key relationships with external partners and networks that enable us to leverage economies of scale, technology, automation and best practices across our People processes.
Ensure development strategies and programs in place that prepare internal talent to successfully fulfill key business goals while maximizing team effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with additional education viewed favorably.10+ years of business experience, including but not limited to talent and development experience (experience with a large scale, de-centralized structure and global workforce preferred).
Proven success driving a variety of people programs and processes from inception to delivery.
Strong eye for business and the ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives.
Ability to provide valued data driven consultation, build partnerships, coach and influence senior leadership team, playing the role of trusted advisor.
High energy leadership skills with a focus on building high-performance teams that are continually improving.
Ability to establish relationships at all levels and geographies throughout the organization and cross-functionally; ability to support teams in multiple locations with travel as required.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
A very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information.
Employee focus mentality with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
Knowledge of the following: HCM software; Learning Management Systems; Talent Management Systems; preferred.
