Description & Requirements


Work with prospects to conduct consultative quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, benchmarking, and value-based business cases.
Lead with an informed point of view - understand the prospect’s industry, business domain, KPIs and articulate how UKG’s solution will positively impact them. Command a strong knowledge of UKG solutions to deliver compelling and relevant messages regarding UKG’s unique vision and differentiated value.
Create engaging discovery experiences where you will conduct interviews with in HR, Finance, and IT/Operations stakeholders to uncover pain points and to understand business processes within their organizations.
Develop and deliver compelling, highly narrative and engaging business case materials and presentations to senior, including C-level, board-level and business audiences.
Lead key strategic initiatives to help promote UKG’s unique value proposition.
Develop relationships among peers as an advisor to Sales and Marketing.
Gain intimate knowledge of the business outcomes achieved by UKG customers.
Collaborate with the Value Advisory team by creating and sharing new best practices, innovative frameworks, and thought leadership.


2-3 years Relevant experience in value engineering/consulting/advising or value selling, preferably in People Management solutions (HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition)
Prior experience with presenting to C Suite stakeholders
Understanding of financial terms and concepts
Prior Salesforce experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's/MBA a plus
