Description & Qualifications


The VP, Technical & Advanced Services is responsible for Data Conversion Consulting and Integration Services in support of UKG customers across multiple UKG products. This role operates as a senior leader within the Technical and Advanced Services organization, which ensures that all sold business units and transfer business is implemented within forecasted time frames and manages the business to meet all financial and implementation goals.

This individual is also responsible for working across the organization to ensure successful implementations and that our clients’ related needs are met post-implementation. This leader contributes to the development and implementation of strategies in support of the overall Services organization vision and mission to be the premier HCM solutions provider to clients. This is accomplished by delivering value through superior quality, innovative technology, engaged associates, and client partnerships. This senior leader is responsible for building teams of experts, ensuring customer success, and guiding the team towards new processes and tools.

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the Data Services Consulting and Ready product Integration Consulting teams in alignment with overall Services and UKG corporate objectives.
• Cross-functional partnership with leaders from across Services and UKG to successfully implement UKG products to customers.
• Ensure that Data Services Consulting and Ready Integration Consulting teams meet or exceed established operational objectives for revenue generation, expense management, and service delivery in support of Services and UKG short and long-term goals.
• Support and actively participate in Services leadership team and their efforts to operationalize and optimize processes to implement UKG products more effectively for UKG customers.
• Stay abreast of industry, UKG, and implementation and post-implementation best practices to ensure world-class service delivery to UKG customers.
• Work closely across teams to ensure all facets of associated processes are functioning efficiently, quality and customer experience are optimal, and help remove any obstacles.
• Executive customer escalation point.
• Ensure performance management activities completed for team including training plans, ongoing coaching, annual reviews, career pathing, promotion readiness reviews, and goal creation.


• 10+ years of experience managing implementation and/or service delivery teams with most recent at senior leadership level
• 5+ years in HCM services or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong operations orientation with ability to communicate at the executive level with UKG prospects and customers and within UKG.
• Proven experience building and developing implementation and/or service delivery teams.
• Experience with delivery of SaaS technologies and services.
• Proven ability to work as part of executive team driving success of the organization.
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams both within the division and across the company.
• Knowledge or experience with UKG Pro or other Human Resource or Human Capital Management Software applications strongly preferred.
• Approximately 20% travel.
• Based out of either our Lowell, MA or Weston, FL office preferred.
