This role is an opportunity to partner with our potential customers to analyse their current processes and procedures, identifying potential problem areas, and then quantify the benefit of our solutions to them.

Your strong direct experience with Workforce Management in the manufacturing, healthcare and/or retail industries alongside your outstanding business communication skills will enable you to create trust, link workforce initiative to corporate goals, and deliver compelling Business Case presentations related to our customer’s business drivers.

Success in this role will be highly visible amongst our successful sales led organisation.

Responsibilities include:
• Working on site and remotely with prospective clients to understand goals that can be impacted by improving their workforce management practices
• Defining the benefits that will accrue if the initiatives are successful. Creating this link in tailored Business Case presentations
• Delivering innovative and compelling presentations of business case deliverables in a clear and compelling manner that differentiates Kronos and builds confidence in the audience that Kronos is the solution of choice
• Represent Kronos as the thought leader in Workforce Management
• Document solutions and identified gaps, as well as qualitative and quantitative financial impact studies and benefit analysis
• Deep data analysis to prove critical business issues that can be resolved by implementing Kronos solutions


Ideally, you’ll have:
• Experience working directly with a Workforce Management software or consulting organization
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• An understanding of the consultative sales cycle and sales techniques, an understanding of general consulting processes well as strong presentation skills
• Degree or equivalent experience required, alongside a good understanding of Workforce Management in healthcare, retail and/or manufacturing environments
• Exceptionally strong presentation skills, as well as good interpersonal and organisational skills. This position requires close cooperation with customers, sales personnel, presales consultants, product marketing personnel, and field service teams
