Description & Requirements


As a Solutions Consultant you will have the opportunity to implement our newly redesigned workforce management solution in French customer environments. Your client management and interpersonal skills will enable you to utilise defined implementation Methodology to meet milestones and completion dates, whilst working closely with other teams to complete upgrades, change orders or ad hoc engagements.
This role is open to full remote in France and required travel up to 50%.

• Lead UKG consultant for client configuration design, build, test and deployment activities
• Work closely with UKG implementation team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
• Proactively consult on best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success
• Solution presentation to the client
• Drive all client system requirements and collaborate with client and resources for project related decisions
• Utilise technical ability to prioritise issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
• Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application.
• Analyse customer configurations and resolve or work around set up issues
• Provide significant transfer of product knowledge to our customers


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ideally workforce management software applications implementation experience in one of the following verticals – Retail, Manufacturing, Service & Distribution
• Consulting / customer interface experience
• Excellent customer service skills and oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies, integration or implementations of Cloud based systems
• Excellent technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols
• Broad knowledge of labour management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems would be a benefit
• Mandatory language skills: fluent in English and French (bonus: German)
