Description
Partner with global teams (security, legal, hr.) to ensure process and policy is upheldCollaborate with global WPS team members to innovate programs to help enhance the office experience
Partner with global WPS events team to host activities, events, and initiatives.
Work with property owner/vendors to ensure office space is kept up to standards (cleaning, safety, etc.)
Oversee onsite food and wellness programs
Complete space audits monthly and update iOffice as needed adhering to global space policy
Manage site iOffice tickets
Process onsite meeting and event requests, room set ups, and event supplies
Oversee space planning tasks such as: New Hire desk set up, move request coordination, and space audits
Support and update the Workplace Services team SharePoint sites
Maintain office supplies and schedule servicing in office machines such as copiers and printers
Provide general support to visitors, and reception services as needed
Assist with orientation of new UKG employees to familiarize them with office layout and amenities
Complete scheduled audits to ensure general office space and conference rooms are clean and adequately supplied
Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
Maintain office signage/posters
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least three years of related experience working in a corporate environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) is required, experience in iOffice, is preferred, but not required
Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, independent worker with superior attention to detail
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
Be able to lift 20-30 lb.
